We then add in a professional voice over (if required) and add in sub-titles before exporting the video as an MP4 file for you to upload to your YouTube channel (16:9).

Who is Editing My Video to Make it Look Amazing?
Well, that’d be none other than SEO North Sydney founder, Brian M Logan!
In an earlier part of his life, Brian worked as a professional film actor for nearly a decade, during which time he acted in 6 feature films, co-starring in 3 (opposite Ray Liotta, Julian McMahon, Kevin Dillon, Elliot Gould, Garry McDonald, Lance Henriksen, Ernie Hudson, Christopher Atkins, among others etc). Brian also wrote, directed and edited several award-winning short films, and a sketch comedy pilot and has taught acting and television presenting professionally.
Brian is also a professional novelist and screenwriter repped out of Hollywood by WME. His screenplay, ‘The Nihilist, the Bag & the Rock’n Roll Launderette’ was a finalist (Top 10 out of 6,048) in the Nicholl Fellowship in Screenwriting in 2003. The Nicholl Fellowship is the world’s largest screenwriting contest and is run by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences (the folks who give out the Oscars). Brian was the first ever finalist to come from outside of America or Canada in the 27-year history of the competition, and the Academy flew Brian to Hollywood for a week for the presentation and award ceremony.
The screenplay for the Nihilist the Bag & the Rock’n Roll Launderette was set up at Warner Brothers Studios in 2006 with Kevin Spacey, John Cusack, Alan Rickman and Vinnie Jones attached.
In 2010, Brian’s book, ‘Monster Town’ was set-up at Sony Studios in Hollywood with Basil Iwank (the producer of all the ‘John Wick’ movies) attached. With the book being developed as a TV series in the vein of ‘True Blood’.
Brian has just finished his new novel ‘Desolation Cove,’ which is due out in March 2025.

3 – the Monthly Video Production Super Saver Package
$1,500 + GST gets you 4 videos every month (or one a week) for a minum term of hree months.
This is a rolling 3-month contract, billable at the start of each month, prior to any work being performed. The contract auto-renews at the end of each three-month term, unless you email us to cancel, at which point the contract doesn’t auto renew, and the work ceases at the end of the current iteration of the three-month term.
